You can invite as many friends as you want to become members. Every time a new friend signs up through your invitation and makes their first purchase of at least 100 euros, you earn 1,000 points in the bronze tier up to 1,700 points in the diamond tier.
The invitation link can be found on you in your account.
Your points are pending until 20 days due to the return period. After that they can be used permanently!
Our Loyalty Program is a digital loyalty program where you collect points on every purchase of items without discount (including in one of our stores).
By collecting points, you unlock special offers, Rewards, exclusive invitations to events and much more.
You'll find all your digital receipts from online purchases in your account. Our program is free to join, but you must be 18 years old to become a member or 16 with permission from your parents or legal guardian.
You only save points on items without a discount. So check first if this is the case. Is this not the case? Then it is possible that your points are still 'pending' due to a possible return. After 20 days the points are definitively credited. Do you still have the idea that you should have saved for a certain purchase? We are happy to check it for you, mail us at info@superstellar.and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
You can see your points once you log into your account. There will also be an overview of how many points you can spend in the rewards section of your account page.
Approved: These points can be redeemed immediately.
Pending: These points must be verified before you can redeem them. This usually applies to purchases and referrals. It can take up to 21 days for them to be approved, but if in doubt, contact our customer service team.
Cancelled: These points are not added to your account. This happens, for example, when you cancel a purchase (the points change from pending to canceled).
Don't worry! Go to your account section and under 'recent activity' you would click on your last redemption and should see your code.
Your points will expire after 5 years if they have not been redeemed. Once you redeem your points, a code will appear for you to use.
Your points are calculated on your spending over the past 12 months. To maintain your tier, you must maintain annual spending with us to stay in your tier.
You will receive your points after 21 days (if you have not returned your order).
