Option 1: Refund

We see this option as a 'normal' return. You choose a carrier of your choice in the portal and you immediately pay the shipping label. The costs for returns are € 6.95 and is for your own account.

As soon as we have received and process you in our warehouse, the amount will be transferred in the same way within 1-5 business days.

Option 2: Exchange

Are you completely satisfied with the article, but is the Size you can always exchange it properly (if the right one Size is in stock). You can only exchange for another Size, Exchange for another article is unfortunately not possible. In this case, choose Shop credit as a return method so that you can shop another nice item.

The costs for returns are € 6.95 and is for your own account. The shipping costs of the new order we take care of our account.

As soon as we have received and process you back in our warehouse, we will make the exchange for you. It may be that the larger one Size which you want to receive more expensive is possible in due course possible price springs. In that case we will send you a Betallink for the difference.

You will then receive a confirmation and tracking information from the new order.

Option 3: Shop credit

If you choose this option, you will get one back instead of money Superstellar Gift card which you can always spend in our stores or webshop. The Gift Card has no expiration date and you can use it in one or more times.

The advantage of this choice is that we also give you an additional € 5 extra on top of the return value.
