Option 1: Refund

This option is considered a standard return. In the returns portal, you can select your preferred carrier and purchase your return label directly.

Once we have received and processed your return at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.

Option 2: Exchange

Happy with your item, but need a different size? You can exchange it for another size, subject to availability. Exchanges are only available for a different size of the same item. If you would prefer a different item, please select store credit as your return method instead..

Once we have received and processed your return at our warehouse, we’ll arrange the exchange for you. Please note that a larger size may occasionally have a different price. If so, we’ll send you a payment link for the difference.

Once your exchange has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation and tracking information for your new order.

Option 3: Shop credit

If you choose this option, you will receive a refund instead of a refund Superstellar Gift Card which you can always spend in our stores or webshop. The Gift Card has no expiration date and you can use it one or more times.

The advantage of this choice is that we also give you an extra €5 on top of the return value.

As soon as we have received your return and processed it in our warehouse, you will receive an email with the Gift Card
